Everyone is friendly! Mrs. Omatie always makes my coffee the right way every time and will fix it if I feel like I need a change to it!
They have a tip cup for "exceptional customer service". I have not used it. Today, they barely spoke. No one smiled. But, it's DD, so the donuts were great.
New location, most of the jitters have been worked out. Staff is always friendly and the orders are usually accurate and consistent. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot too. I'm a big fan of the mobile ordering and it always works great and saves me time.
