The staff here is always friendly and professional. They work diligently to assure that you are ready to roll. They always offer the protection. Typically I use my own insurance but recently started using theirs, which was a good choice because I was in a minor fender bender. I felt so bad but they assured me everything was fine, wrote up the report, and I was on my way.
After scheduling my rental online I was a bit skeptical about how it was going to go when I showed up. Thinking to myself this is too easy! After arriving I was pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle I requested waiting up front and a rep waiting for me outside. The whole process couldn't of taken more than 10 min! Great job guys! You truly exceeded all my expectations!

They put me in a compact car, I had reserved a standard size 4 months in advance, then they charged an extra $15 a day to get the car I had originally reserved! I have been renting cars there since 1990, and never rented a compact! I am now taking all my business and relatives business to Hertz.
I use the Enterprise Rental on Bobby Jones Expressway for all my car rentals. The staff is very courteous and attentive. They do their best get me in and out as fast as they can. They do a great job of providing the type of car requested. I rent 3 to 4 times a month minimum and I never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Enterprise and the Bobby Jones team!
We were travelling to Cleveland, OH for the Thanksgiving weekend and rented an SUV due to needing extra storage and potential weather concerns. We made our reservation online and everything went really well. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, Taylor checked us in and assisted us with our reservation. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we checked out all of the features on our Jeep Patriot. He answered all of our questions and provided excellent customer service! The only reason I this is not a five-star review was that the interior of the SUV had not been cleaned from the previous renters. The floors were not vacuumed and there was a sticky liquid all over the dash board and steering wheel. It took me about 20 minutes to clean everything prior to our departure from home later that morning. When I mentioned it to Taylor upon returning the vehicle a week later, he was apologetic and offered us some compensation. Overall, this was a good experience and would definitely rent from this Enterprise location again!
