Wonderful customer service and went over everything in depth and answered all questions. I highly recommend them and their services!
Two improvements/suggestions that I have for the company would be to make the fees more competitive with the local dermatologists, plastic surgeons, etc and the second would be to have a "separate, more private" waiting area for those of us who require a topical anesthetic to wait so we do not have to sit out in the general waiting area with the ointment smeared all over us...I'm just saying...
The staff at Ideal Image of Augusta are very professional and courteous starting from Courtney at the front desk through Brittney, RN my laser professional. I like the fact that you can request the same nurse at every visit. After a year, I am almost finished with the laser treatments to my face and underarms and I am quite pleased. Although not painless and not cheap, the results speak for itself.
Staff is friendly and helpful and so far the services I’ve received are affordable and I can see progress after every visit.
If you want my opinion, go to the Augusta Laser & Skin Center. They're at the University Hospital (can't get safer than that) and they're prices are super fair! That will be my laser place in Augusta.
If you're ok with this place you probably didn't go anywhere else ever to get a laser treatment. The prices are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I mean, being a "nationwide" company and having nurses and whatever else it's not an excuse for their prices at all! Most places that offer laser treatments have qualified staff working on it. I'm guessing all the reviews here are fake or from billionaire people because it sure doesn't sound like someone that tried laser hair removal anywhere else. I'm not gonna turn public their prices because I don't have the right but I'll tell you something, they try to charge me FIVE TIMES MORE for the areas I use to treat in Raleigh at ExcelLase with Noushi that is extremely knowledgeable and makes every treatment feel like magic. I'm completely offended by this place and their way to do business, even money not being a problem, be careful with companies that try to rip you off with the same service that other places offer with the same very equipment and a way lower price. I'm telling you, you can buy a car with the price Ideal Image will try to charge you!!
I have had a total of eight treatments. The staff has been wonderful. They have been helpful and answered my questions every step of the way. When I had concerns they went the extra step to ensure my concerns were addressed thoroughly and timely. They take time to make sure scheduling is convenient for all involved and try to accommodate the client as best as possible. They have made my experience quite pleasant.
