When you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile from a friendly receptionist and a lovely bouquet of scents from their well stocked aroma therapy display. The next feature of interest is how incredibly "zen" (and mind you I never use that word) the atmosphere is! I was just dropping in to check prices and now I have both my fiancee' and her mother interested in this amazing place! The staff are friendly, courteous, professional, and downright know their stuff. Liz Sexton is the manager. She is a friendly, bubbly, and intuitive person who seems to already understand why you're there without you having said much. They have reasonable rates for everything from Swedish Massage to Facials and health/wellness consultations. In the CSRA you run the risk of running into places that are either low rent/low service or first class service at an arm and a leg, but that's what is so surprising, because they really do give you first class seats at economy prices.
There are day spas, there are massage parlors, but this combines those two incredibly relaxing practices with a whole body/life changing experience. Now understand, like all small businesses, this place is going to have occasional staffing problems, but in time they are expanding to an over 10,000 square foot facility with medical professionals, the whole works! So that will mean more staff, faster/no wait times, and more amenities to enjoy! So don't give up on a small, locally owned; yet still corporately professional Wellness Center/spa/massage parlor, and if you haven't been in check them out!
I cannot say enough good things about Liz and her staff! They are all very warm and welcoming. Liz is extremely attentive and accommodating. I look forward to trying different services from the many they offer. You will not regret coming here.
CSRA Wellness Centers gave me the best massage I have ever had. I fell asleep on the table I was so relaxed. The owner is a hard worker and the customer service in the spa is unmatched. I can't wait to go back for another massage!
