Update: I did receive a call stating I would be able to get my refund today.
It's Monday 6/20/2016 and I still haven't gotten my money refunded. Apparently I have to way unit the Manager to come in. No one else can perform the refund. I will not renting from this place.
I rented a storage on 6/13/26 when I got off work around 5:30 or so. I paid cash for the storage. By Thursday 6/16/2016 I went back after to work to tell them I no longer need the storage unit. (I never moved any thing in the unit).
My review is based on customer service. They are premium!! It doesn't matter if it's the weekend and the office is closed. Call the number and whoever is on call is quick to help with NO Attitude. They are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. This is the main reason I have been at this facility for almost 10 years now. The units themselves are slightly older and can use some updating on old Evans Rd. But the service alone is worth it.
I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received from April Calloway on my last visit to your facility. Ms. Calloway was warm and accommodating, and she was helpful to me.
I had asked, upon renting the storage if I found I didn't need the unit could I get my money back. They very nice young man said "yes".
I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in your stores permanently as this is what the customers want to have.
