If I could give them a zero I would. Why because they put my windshield wipers on backwards. I wrecked my car and had front-end damage. They had my car over two weeks. I got my car back and the same day my car is making this loud rough noise. Today a week and a half later my air conditioner stopped working. They didn't try to help me or fix my car like they were suppose to do in the first place. Unprofessional... I wouldn't ever go there again.
These guys rock, great pricing friendly staff and amazing results. IF you need any Auto Body done to your car go on down there and get an estimate and speak with these guys, they will get you set up straight back on the road sitting pretty again like there was no damage done. They also do custom work and custom colors
After the experiences I've had here, I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I've had more fender benders recently than I care to admit, but everyone I've ever dealt with at Rick's is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and my husband and I both are100% satisfied with the work every single time. Trustworthy, straight shooters, and really great at what they do!
Rick's was the shop designated by the other person's insurance carrier to do repairs on my car after a recent fender bender. What could have been a logistical nightmare for me turned out to be surprisingly easy! And my car looked great!
Great place! It has a smaller time feel. Which is good because you don't get the sense you are a faceless cash grab. Rick's helped me out after an accident with the appraisal. My 4runner had no damage. But they dropped the back and just to be sure. They even repainted my hutch and towing bars. There is a reason they are recommended by my insurance company.
