Realtor John Pencille did a exit walk through with the owner I formally rented a home from. John was not the agent when I leased the home, so I was confused as to why he was there picking out things that needed repairs. The owner did not want to make any upgrades to the home. John walked in the home and failed to introduce himself and another rental agent that accompanied him brought her small baby to the walk through. This was very unprofessional. I would not refer this company to anyone if this is the caliber of their other realtors. The realtor John lives next door to the property and wants to control who moves in because he is the Homeowner Association president. He wants the neighbor to have a particular look. Rude and unprofessional. Happy to be in a new home with nice welcoming neighbors. :)
